Section 4 – Terms & Conditions القسم الرابع – الشروط والأحكام

I confirm that I have reviewed the EPFA Articles of Association and Internal Regulations, and I agree to comply with all provisions, rules, and obligations set forth therein, including any amendments made from time to time.

أؤكد أنني اطلعت على النظام الأساسي للرابطة ولائحتها الداخلية، وأوافق على الالتزام بجميع الأحكام والقواعد والالتزامات الواردة فيها، بما في ذلك أي تعديلات تطرأ عليها من وقت لآخر.

I have reviewed the EPFA Articles of Association and Internal Regulations and agree to comply لقد اطلعت على النظام الأساسي ولائحة الرابطة الداخلية وأوافق على الالتزام بهما

Section 5 – Intellectual Property License القسم الخامس – ترخيص الملكية الفكرية

I hereby grant the Egyptian Professional Footballers Association (EPFA) a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use my name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information for promotional, organizational, educational, and media purposes in connection with EPFA activities, without additional compensation.

أمنح بموجب هذا رابطة لاعبي كرة القدم المحترفين المصريين (EPFA) ترخيصاً غير حصري وبدون مقابل مادي لاستخدام اسمي وصورتي وشبهي وصوتي ومعلوماتي الشخصية لأغراض ترويجية وتنظيمية وتعليمية وإعلامية فيما يتعلق بأنشطة الرابطة.

I grant EPFA a non-exclusive royalty-free license to use my name, image, and likeness for promotional and organizational purposes أمنح الرابطة ترخيصاً غير حصري وبدون مقابل لاستخدام اسمي وصورتي لأغراض ترويجية وتنظيمية

Section 6 – FIFPro Compliance القسم السادس – الامتثال لـ FIFPro

I acknowledge that the Egyptian Professional Footballers Association (EPFA) operates in line with FIFPro (Fédération Internationale des Associations de Footballeurs Professionnels) principles, standards, and guidelines for the protection of professional players' rights worldwide.

أُقر بأن رابطة لاعبي كرة القدم المحترفين المصريين (EPFA) تعمل وفق مبادئ ومعايير وتوجيهات الفيفبرو (الاتحاد الدولي لجمعيات لاعبي كرة القدم المحترفين) لحماية حقوق اللاعبين المحترفين على مستوى العالم.

I acknowledge that EPFA operates in line with FIFPro principles أُقر بأن الرابطة تعمل وفق مبادئ الفيفبرو
